Woven with an emphasis on texture, SDA's newly developed "Super Slub" fabric is constructed using No. 6 nep warp yarns and No. 5 āSuper Slubā weft yarns. The denimās amber-brown hue comes from Kakishibu, a traditional Japanese dye made from fermented persimmon tannins.
